Echinacea has strong properties that improve immunity, blood sugar levels, anxiety and inflammation. It is therefore often used in treating colds, flus, bronchitis, upper respiratory diseases and other viral infections. It can also be used as a mild laxative to end constipation, and has the ability to reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression or social phobias.
